ENERGY LINES
The works in the series "Energy lines" are a continuation of drawings on studies on repetiveness. The works on paper were conducted in parallel with the woven works. The series is an exploration of an analogue and a digital expression: –The hands analogue drawings and the weavers digital solutions. The digitally controlled jacquard loom makes it possible to carry out these studies in textile materials, so that they have three dimensions; textile surface, -quality and -size. The eight works presented expresses various degrees of energy based on horisontal and vertical lines.
